New Zealand Work to Residence Visa
For people who completed the required New Zealand work in a Green List Tier 2 role and hold qualifying employment or an offer with an accredited employer.
Core requirements
You must be aged 55 or younger when applying.
You must currently work in or hold an offer for a full-time Green List Tier 2 role with an accredited employer, generally permanent or fixed-term for at least 12 months.
At least 24 months of qualifying New Zealand work in a Green List Tier 2 role within the 30 months before applying is required.
The applicable pay, qualification, registration and other Green List conditions for the role must be met.
You must meet the English requirement.
