For people offered at least six months of sponsored work by an approved UK scale-up business who meet the occupation, salary and English requirements.
Core requirements
A first application requires a job offer from an approved scale-up business for at least six months of sponsored work.
The employer must be Home Office-approved for the Scale-up route and issue a certificate of sponsorship.
The job's four-digit occupation code must be eligible for this visa.
Pay must reach the higher of the current general threshold and the occupation's going rate; extension rules may differ.
English normally must be proved through an accepted route; the current standard for a first application is CEFR B2, subject to exemptions or previous proof.
