Canadian Experience Class
Canada's Canadian Experience Class: one year of authorized Canadian work in the last three, a language bar that varies by TEER, and no proof of funds — but meeting the conditions only enters the pool.
Core requirements
At least one year of work in Canada, or 1,560 hours total at 30 hours a week, in the three years before applying.
The experience must have been gained while authorized to work in Canada under temporary resident status. Work without authorization does not count.
The work must be in one or more of TEER categories 0, 1, 2 or 3.
TEER 0 or 1: CLB or NCLC 7 in all four abilities.
TEER 2 or 3: CLB or NCLC 5 in all four abilities.
Proof of funds is not required for this program.
You must plan to live outside Quebec; work experience gained in Quebec can be counted if you can prove you do not plan to settle there.
Meeting the conditions only enters the pool; an invitation depends on the Comprehensive Ranking System rank in a given round.
