A broad Irish work-permit route normally requiring a bona fide job offer, an eligible occupation, applicable remuneration and a labour-market test.
Core requirements
A bona fide employer trading and appropriately registered in Ireland must provide the job offer.
The occupation must not be ineligible, and the applicant must have the qualifications, skills or experience required for the role.
The employer normally must complete a Labour Market Needs Test unless an official exemption applies.
