For highly skilled workers contracted by a Dutch employer or research institution whose IND-recognised sponsor applies and who meet the income rules.
Core requirements
An employment contract with an employer or research institution in the Netherlands is required.
Only a sponsor recognised by the IND can apply for this permit.
Income must meet the amount applicable at the time of application and the agreed salary must be market-rate.
